I have several! I heart my colleague at PVI, Diane Stollenwerk, for her intelligence, compassion and fearlessness. Karen Feinstein is a force...it's incredible what she has accomplished and continues to accomplish, and the words I use to describe Diane apply to her as well. (Plus even though I am quite a bit taller and several years younger, I can barely keep up with her when she walks - never mind her mountain biking, etc!) I admire the incisive mind of Joanne Conroy at Lahey, and how she gets things done (and I learned a lot from this Q & A with her: www.whamglobal.org/blog/100-joanne-conro...-with-women-s-issues .) There are so many more, and I continue to meet them...and this is why I know we've only touched on the tip of the iceberg in identifying and bringing together the powerful force that exists in the world of women advocates for better health care.

According to Forbes , "A 'business girl crush' is a woman we admire for her attractive career, her striking confidence, and her gorgeous ability to lead. She’s someone we channel when we want to feel like a better version of ourselves--in work and in life.

Which health care leader do you admire for her attractive career?
